Application Process
Kokua does pre-employment testing and interviewing on specific Tuesday mornings. Please see the list of dates below. The process takes approximately three hours. Please come promptly at 8 am and plan on staying as late as 11 am.
Please bring the following with you to Interview Day:
- Application packet (please download forms available on the right)
- An employment driving record from the Department of Licensing. These can be obtained Tuesday through Saturday at the licensing office at 645 Woodland Square Loop in Lacey (just off College Street.)
- Your driver’s license and your Social Security card.
- Your vehicle insurance card.
- The following items are not required, but if you have them please bring them as well: First Aid/CPR card, Nurse Delegation Core Training Certificate, NAR or CAN card, HIV training certificate, Bloodborne Pathogens training certificate.
